SPA POLICIES
Cancellation Policy - If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give 24 hours notice. Otherwise a charge of 50% of services will be charged at your next appointment. If you cancel the SAME DAY as your appointment, you will be charged 50% of services. If you happen to be a NO SHOW for the appointment, you will also be charged 50% of missed services.
First-time Clients - Please arrive 5-10 minutes early on your first visit to allow time for our brief intake form
Late Arrivals - We will do our best to accommodate you with an abbreviated service. As a courtesy to all of our clients, treatments delayed due to late arrival will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed.
Spa Etiquette - We are a very small facility and do ask that you soften your voice upon arrival and limit conversations during treatment as not to disturb other guests. Also please turn off cellular phones and pagers. Our goal is to provide the most peaceful and relaxing environment possible to each and every guest. Thank you for your consideration.
Children- In order to make yours and other clients' Salon One experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, we ask you to make arrangements for your children. Children under 12 are not allowed in the treatment rooms unless receiving a service.
